Curriculum at BRIGHT SPARKS!
The Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) is the curriculum all Early Childhood Centres must use under the new National Quality Standards and National
Regulations. It recognises each child as an achiever at their own pace,
and encourages educators to build on what children know, what they can
do and what they understand, in a safe, secure and educational environment.

Children’s learning is divided into the 5 Learning Outcomes:
1/ Children have a strong sense of identity
2/ Children are connected with and contribute to their world
3/ Children have a strong sense of wellbeing
4/ Children are confident and involved learners
5/ Children are effective communicators

At Bright Sparks we provide a service that meets and reflects the needs of
children, families and the community, and we encourage your involvement &
focus on collaboration in all we do. We promote quality outcomes for children
through high quality, continuous care and positive relationships.

Our environment is stimulating and we plan experiences and interactions that encourage learning for each individual. We recognise the importance of the early childhood period and the critical significance in this time for children's development. We approach education holistically and we promote equity, individual growth & developing skills for life, and our teaching is based on current research and theory.
